Fiona C Campbell

Early on in her career, Fiona became a regular tutor for the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH), providing training courses and workshops in all aspects of housing and benefits. She has continued to deliver training and briefings both within the organisations in which she has worked, and for external organisations such as the Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation (IRRV), Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (CoSLA), and the Scottish Rent Arrears Forum.

More recently, she has participated in workshops for EDAS, presenting her view of innovation in the public sector.

She has trained as an adviser for Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB), and is now an accredited CAB trainer and mentor.

With a performance diploma in singing, Fiona can entertain an audience of any size.   She has an excellent delivery style, and the knack of making the driest subject come alive.  While working at DWP, she gave a number of presentations at Roadshows throughout the country, and organised promotional stands at several national conferences.

She will tailor training to your requirements and use material relevant to your organisation to personalise the course.  Please contact her to discuss your training requirements in housing benefit, social housing, welfare benefits, debt and customer service.
