Policies and procedures underpin the business of most organisations, and are normally subject to internal and external scrutiny. Is there any point in producing a thick manual of procedures if no-one actually uses it?
Fiona has many years' experience of developing relevant policies at a strategic level, and underpinning them with workable and user-friendly procedures. While managing a benefit delivery service, she regularly interpreted legislative change, producing single-sheet guidance for operational staff. She recognises the importance of linking service delivery procedures to departmental policy and organisational strategy, and making the connection with government aims and national performance indicators.
She is keen to work with your organisation to review and improve on existing policies, and help you develop a coherent package of procedures that underpin these.
